Amanda + Justin//Lacey Crough and her team provided us with exceptional service! They interacted with our guests, were professional, ever so friendly, and a true pleasure to have with us on our special day. Lacey was able to capture every feeling that I went through on that special day through her amazing photos. Leah + Chance//Lacey was a breeze to work with – we called her up, set up an appointment and had the photos in hand all within a week. Not to mention that when she arrived at the shoot, she was read and full of ideas. She took into account me and my fiancé’s quirky personality, added suggestions when needed, but allowed us to be ourselves through the photo shoot. Posing with BB guns? Sure! How about with pizza and beer? No problem! Breaking into a neighbor’s yard to capture the setting sun? You bet! Lacey kept the mood fun and light while delivering a great end product.
Heather+Andy//When Lacey began her career as a photographer, I knew her photos would be phenomenal! She actually practiced using my then-boyfriend and myself, and we loved the pictures! She was learning quickly and had so many ideas. I would look at her blog every week to see her improving with every shoot. Only a couple of years later, my boyfriend and I were engaged and we immediately wanted Lacey to be our photographer for our engagement pictures. It was a warm October evening, and we met Lacey and Samantha for our shoot at William Jewell College, where we attended college. Lacey had ideas and also incorporated ideas we had into our session. The time flew as we walked around Jewell and the Liberty square. When we got our pictures back, we couldn’t believe how many good shots we had! Brianna + Matt//Lacey makes the complete photography experience a breeze. She is a natural at making you feel comfortable during your shoot even if you are not normally comfortable being photographed. She has a good eye for composition and an uncanny way of finding that shot that makes you say, “wow!” You have nothing to worry about from start to finish with Lacey. She’ll communicate well and get your pictures back in a timely manner, two important things to consider in a photographer. We would have paid twice what she charges for her services.
Megan + Bobby//My husband and I got married February 26th, 2011 right off the square in Liberty. There was a HUGE ice/snow storm the Thursday before the wedding. I was a little nervous that ‘the plan’ to do the pictures on/around the square wasn’t going to work out all that great….I was wrong! Thank goodness. Lacey took us all around the square and got some really awesome pictures. During the time leading up to the wedding Lacey was very flexible and very fast a responding to my questions. I lost my mother several years ago and expressed to Lacey that there were a few events that were going to take place in honor of her and I wanted to make sure there were pictures taken of them. Lacey did an excellent job getting the pictures that where most important to my husband and I. She is such a sweet and fun girl! I would definitely recommend her to future brides!
Becca + Brandon// My husband and I always said that the one thing we would definitely not cut back on for the wedding was our photographer. We wanted someone professional with stunning pictures who would capture everything, and we were thrilled that with Lacey, we got all of that, AND without a splurge! She is so easy to work with, extremely organized, flexible enough to deal with the unexpected that is inevitable with weddings, and just fun to be around. Not only did Lacey incorporate our specific photo requests into the day, but she escaped with us for some private bridal couple photos at a local movie theater right after the ceremony for some truly special moments!
